You’ll receive a welcome email from Lisa soon.
This is your chance to ask any questions or share anything you’d like her to know before your first session.

You’ll then be automatically enrolled into each upcoming session.
An email reminder will arrive a day or two beforehand, with a gentle reminder at 6pm on the Sunday before the session.

No stress at all.
Lisa edits each session and uploads the replay to the site.
You’ll receive a link the following week so you can watch it in your own time.

I look forward to having you in the group! Please know that your privacy means everything to me. Your zoom microphone and camera will be switched off for the sessions unless you manually switch on, but I ask that your mic and camera is switched off for everyones viewing.
