Terms & Conditions

Thank you for being part of this healing community. Please take a moment to read the terms below, which apply to all active memberships.

Membership Options

Spinal Flow – £40/month
Includes 2 x 30-minute Spinal Flow sessions per calendar month.

Reiki – £60/month
Includes 2 x 40-minute Reiki healing sessions per calendar month.

Online Group Healing
Access to live Zoom healing sessions every other Sunday at 8:00 PM (UK time).

Booking & Session Flexibility

  • You are responsible for booking your included sessions each month.

  • Can’t make both sessions in one month? No problem:

    • You may merge two sessions into one longer session.

    • You may carry over up to 4 unused sessions into the next month.

  • Carried-over sessions must be used within the following month or they will expire.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • If you cancel or miss a session within 72 hours of the scheduled time, that session will be forfeited and not eligible for refund or reschedule.

  • Please try to reschedule ahead of time if you’re unable to attend.

Membership Cancellations

  • You may cancel your membership at any time.

  • Your access to member benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • To cancel, just get in touch via email or through your booking platform.

Additional Notes

  • Zoom links for group sessions are sent via email or posted in the member area.

  • If a session is cancelled by the host, a new date or credit will be offered.

  • All sessions are complementary therapies and not a replacement for medical advice or treatment.
